  • Chairs fell apart within days of receipt; replacement parts ordered and we received a call they had arrived; went to pick them up and the owner had no clue what we were talking about and was initially unwilling to do anything but shrug because the employee we'd been dealing with no longer worked there (owner was also drinking red wine in the store in the middle of the day and seemed intoxicated); eventually she agreed to reorder replacement parts. They never arrived and she stopped returning calls. Eventually we just threw the chairs out.
