  • A second visit just to pick up x-ray for my ortho doctor. And I noticed that this Barbara person is actually the lead for these ladies that check you in..I asked the lady on the other end of the counter, so she wouldn't hear me for the Managers e-mail/Contact information. And she said she didn't have that info, but she did give me the Nurse's Manager business card. Idk, but it was empty and the lady that helped me at the check-in desk in the center was pretty unfriendly. Didn't offer any normal human small conversation or even simple eye contact. I can describe these check-in people as (Robotic) to be working in the medical industry? I find that kind of, No..Very strange. Let's not be so nicey here!!! Because they're Not! Shame on Ms. Barbara, or whoever trained them to be so Robotic... It's more like Hitler trained them.....I regret my new membership with Senior Dimensions right about now.....
