  • We moved from CA to NC and moved into Providence park. The whole apartment community is beautiful. Very conveniently located close to I485. Lots of shops nearby (less than 5mins walk). Apartment fittings were new and very clean apartment units. The staffs at the leasing office are friendly. They have some or the other events going on. Diverse group of residents. This apt allows pets as well. Providence spring elementary is the school zone. 10 rating, highly ranked school. Very timely maintence. So far so good, we are loving it.
