  • Was referred by a friend because she said it was the best place ever. Switched my PCP to be able to see this fabulous Doctor. Visit 1 (initial visit) went well hardly an wait time and I was in and out. Decided to schedule my annual physical for a week later ... Arrived at 8:45 for a 9:00 apt and was still sitting in the lobby at 9:30. I went up to the window and was told 10 more minutes. By 9:45 I've had enough and walked out. As I was waiting for the elevator staff came out and said they could take me back but I would still have to wait! For a physical?! Never again! I'm so disappointed because it was so convenient from my home... Back to the drawing board *sigh...
