Sitting in the Drive Thru so long I was able to do this review. This is ridiculous, over 10 minutes! Now I remember why I have not been to this location for 6 months.
The manager or franchisee should have more than 2 employees working. It's definitely not the employees fault. Saving money on payroll while giving poor customer service is not a sound business plan.
Not that it matters what my opinion is. Maybe I will try again in 6 months, or not.
