  • I'm so thrilled a high quality butcher is in the area. We have purchased sausages, ground beef, pork, beef bones for stock, etc, and has all been excellent. Really top quality stuff. They source their animals from a local producer and it is obvious that those animals are well treated. If you are looking for an artisanal cuts and a relationship with the butcher where you can ask every single question your little heart desires, this is your place. If you think you know everything about cuts of beef, grading, etc, and are coming in to show off while displaying your total ignorance about production and quality sourcing, this is not your place. Don't claim to be an aficionado if you're then going to complain about having to show up at set times on set days to get what you are looking for. Stick to AJ'S where your kind belongs and will pay similar prices for inferior products. At least there you will get the on-demand cuts you are looking for. This place is first come, first serve. Some might view that as a drawback, but I prefer look at is as a very fresh, high quality product. Cheers!
