Many choices
Great variety
Love the udon
Love the Chinese food
Prime rib - eh..
Ribs - ok too
Price - expensive
Service - depends on the day. Sometimes it's awesome and other times are not because of the crowds and how busy it is.
Maybe it's just me but I like to sit and relax and eat rather than feeling rush or annoyed of the people and the wait for food? Also, isnt it annoying when you come back to your table and still find your old plate still sitting there? Or you have to flag your server for refills? No thank you.
If I'm paying that much for a buffet I expect good service. Wicked Spoon and the Buffet has the best service but even know though the variety isn't as great compare to Ceasars I rather stick with them.
Sometimes having too much choices can be a bad thing and the quality isn't that great since there isn't a main focus.
