  • For such a high end outfit their service performance is poor. I have yet to have my car serviced anywhere close to the appt time, even though I book well in advance. This has happened over and over again. Always an excuse and ends up being much more time consuming then promised. They really need to work on punctuality. Other high end dealerships will actually come and pick up your car for servicing. Quite a difference in service.
