  • I was scheduled to have carpets cleaned and some of my tile by another reputable company that I have used for 3 years.....day of scheduled appointment, owner calls and says he is really behind... that was 9:30, appointment was between 9-10:00. We spoke and agreed on the following day... same timeframe. No show, no text, no call. I called around 11:00 and left text message... no response until 12:30... he was ill but would be out in an hour... I told him I have moved on. In the mix of this day, I called Mike at Brimleys , this gentleman listen to my sad story and said "Let's see what we can do for you to get the job done today." Omg, within 5 mins he was able to get a team out by 2:30. Casey and Ryan came and did such a fantastic job!! They were very knowledgeable about the company's products and system they used and answered every question I asked. My very clean carpets dried in one half the time as the previous company that used a different water based system. I want to say "thank you Mike for taking the stress out of my day and also to Casey and Ryan!" I will see you next year For sure!! My best to you all!
