The worst car rental experience in my life. First, I go online, 2 weeks prior to my trip, to change my car rental drop off time to be a few hours later than my original time. Of course the price is going to be more which is expected, but when I get the updated itinerary it shows no changes. I call Priceline, which is I guess who my work discount is through (this how I originally reserved my rental), and I shad end 15 minutes talking to some lady who had no clue what I was talking about. I'm not even sure she understood what I was saying to her. She gave me the number to this hertz location. Of course I call and attempt to leave a message no luck because you can't.. even if you follow the prompts. So the. I decide to just accept the high price and come back at my original time. I'll take the loss whatever. I get there to pick up my rental and there's a line plus the worker seemed a little moody. The. They gave me my car and let me tell you I don't thank no they washed it at all from the previous renters trip. The front of the car had bugs all over it. The. I get inside and the smell inside was earful.. I had drive the first 20 minutes with the windows down and stopped to get an air freshener to make it bearable. At first the smell was giving my daughter a headache. It was I the previous renters had a very strong and earful perfume. Now when I go to drop off the rental there is no parking spots at all in the designated hertz parking. If I leave it in any other spot it will be towed according to the signs. Oh would think that these people would know how many spots they have and how many cars will be returned today since they are closed and would plan accordingly. My God Helen Keller could run that place better with her hands tied behind her back.. needless to say I will never ever rent from them again. The worst car rental experience of my life thus far.. don't waste your money with this horrible place.
