After stalking Masa Casa for months (never managed to be a right place at the right time moment) we finally struck tamale gold one night at Free Range! It was all well worth the hunt. We tried both types of tamales they had that evening -- house and kimchi. Both were great! I also loved both the sauces (a green one and a red/brown one). Flavors, textures, spice level... Everything was spot on! And, such a perfect accompaniment to a few local, craft beers. Thanks for making the chase worth it, Masa Casa!
