Avoid Absolute Dental at all cost. It is a bait and switch operation. Went in for x-rays and a cleaning. Before I left, after a 2 minute "cleaning" and x-rays, and a "consultation" with the dentist, it was recommended I get nearly $2000 worth of dental work done. No cavities, no issues with my teeth or gums at all. I have two missing molars and they want $2000 for partials. Haven't had those molars for years and have never had a problem without them. This place just wants to up sale you whether you need the work or not. Car salesman attitude here. And on top of all that I keep getting a bill for those services but they haven't filed with my insurance yet and this was over 3 months ago. I have talked to so many people at this organization trying to get them to file with my primary insurance first, as that is the only way my secondary will pay for the remainder of the charges. I am a retired federal employee and for these people to get paid they must first file with my BSBC insurance who will pay their portion. Once they have done that then my supplemental insurance, GEHA, will pay the remaining amount which Absolute Dental has contracted with them to accept for service performed. And apparently Absolute Dental believes that after delaying the filing of insurance for so long I will just pay them and count it as a loss because I am tired of screwing with it. Not going to happen. Will be in their face next week again. DON"T GO TO ABSOLUTE DENTAL.
