  • I have used Advanced Hot Tub Repair a few times now so I now feel that it's time to write a review. I first used them to repair my hot tub / spa which was not heating up at all. Brandon came out and diagnosed the problem, it was the circulation pump that was bad. He replaced it with a new one and voilà, it was heating up again. Around 2 months later I was having the same problem, no heat. It was in the summertime so not really a big issue, the water was 106 degrees anyway. So when the weather started cooling down I got a hold of Brandon and told him what was going on with the hot tub. He came out and it appeared that the new circulation pump that he had installed had gone bad. Since it was under warranty there was no charge to get it swapped out. Next time I used Advanced Hot Tub and Repair was just a few days ago. I had purchased a new heater for the swimming pool and needed someone to install it. Brandon gave me a great price on the install and the new heater is running flawlessly. Can not be any happier with their service.
