Firstly, I have to commend my sales person Ty. A complete professional, gentleman.
The issue came when I had not yet agreed upon a purchase price.
Before a price was negotiated, I was asked to come in to the sales managers office. At which time he, a very feminine gentleman,was trying to sell me an extended warrantee before settling on a purchase price.
Basically, a typical old school car salesman tactic to rush me through the process in order to relent to pay the full purchase price for the car.
In addition, sales manager was explaining how the Prius is a very complicated car with 30 or so computers on board and that I needed to have an extended warranty. Basically, trashing the quality of the car to sell a warranty. So I got up and left. I'd never go back in that place again
