rev:text	This location is full of incompetent staff that is absolutely rude. Took them 2 days to get back to me after being in excruciating pain from tonsillitis before my tonsillectomy because they couldn't contact the doctor; they knew where he was next door but didn't want to bother him until he was back on the doctor's office side, which took 2 days of me following up not them. I have not waited less than 2 hrs to be seen anytime i have come here. They schedule appointments 20 mins apart and wonder why they are always behind. Their staff knows this and outright acknowledged it, and just says this is always the case, so why don't they change it? Instead they waist your time. Also a week after my tonsillectomy i was in pain and given no relief besides them saying it is a painful recovery. After researching it, they definitely could have given me a pain killer to subdue the pain. Doctor was also unfriendly and very kurt, i would not recommend this location to anyone!
