  • I feel like this place is on par with the post office. Some of the individual departments aren't bad, but once you get to the clerk, 2 of 7 windows are open, and there's almost a line to the door of people waiting. Not necessarily that clerks are unhelpful, but I've never seen a government employee in a hurry to work faster, and it never occurs to them to have more windows open.
