  • Ok, this is not a fancy place. But it's clean and they accepted my truck quickly and efficiently. Ok, maybe it's an industrial neighborhood and there are various non productive people standing around in Penske hats, debating deep philosophical subjects, I imagine. After the previous review, I was expecting a difficult interaction, and their checkin man seemed taken back when I made a cell phone video of him checking out the truck. But he said "Your truck is cheded in with Jack Lafferty, your balance is zero. Thanks for renting with Penske". No more, no less. Now, I had turned in the car trailer at a different location (Home Depot closeby) with great cooperation from Penske and HD, so no issues with Jack. Life is Good.
