  • The features in the room seem outdated. The room was a sauna when I got in and could not fix the problem because the thermostat was hard to figure out. I woke up in the middle of the night because it was unbearable and a staff person did come by and was able to make the room a little cooler. I like the check-in and check-out kiosks so I don't have to wait on a line for a live person who seemed to be just chatting away with someone.
