  • If I could I would give this place 0 stars!!!!! Their new commercial is all smoke and mirrors!!! They get you to come in for a new trax or Cruze (lease for 109.00 a month or buy for 9,999). Called and spoke to April who verified and said yes come in that is right they are on the lot and when you come here ask for BOB FOX he will help you and show them to you!! Well after driving 45 minutes to get there and asked for bob fox he is nowhere to be found and every single salesman ignored us when we said we were the for their advertised special!!! I guess if bob fox exists his name really should be BOB CHICKEN!!! Tried to actually call him while we were there too!!! No answer!!! Finally a newer salesman took us outside and said to us that he was going to be honest with us since no one there would, there is no such vehicle on their lot for those prices it's all a scam!!! Didn't realize that there are "honest" salesman but he was just trying to help us because we were clearly upset!!!! So we will never do business with a company that runs a bait a switch ad!!! And especially has April answering the phones telling you that they have them on the lot!!! She waisted our time and gas to drive 45 minutes if she could have just been honest too!!!! We have a call into the general manager and have yet to hear from them!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR COMMERCIAL!!!!
