rev:text	I used their Sleep Clinic at 377 Church Street. I went in at 8:30pm. They take you to your own individual room. There is no common room to maybe watch TV or have some tea before you're ready to sleep, and there's no TV in your room. You just stay in your room basically from the time you arrive until the time you leave unless you have to use the washroom or you are being hooked up to the wires or disconnected. I was hooked up to the wires around 9:30 p.m. The wires were not a lot. It felt like less than a heart Holter monitor. To my surprise the bed was more like a regular bed and less like a hospital bed. The Double bed was a cross between firm-soft-dense... not like a regular bed, and the blanket was very warm. The staff was okay and answered all my questions about sleep and snoring. The actual sleep was not 100% comfortable because you had to ensure you were close enough to the wires and machines not to get disconnected. It seemed kind of sensitive. She had to come in and press the wires a few times. Having to be aware of the wires and getting mixed up in all of them was a bit uncomfortable and made it harder to sleep. I brought my own pillow and even a teddy to make me feel like I was home. A few times in the night when I woke up, she asked me to change my sleep position, so that she could track how my breathing is - in different positions.... P.s. there is a camera in the room to keep an eye on you and to note your sleeping positions It's a good facility. I recommend it.
