  • This place is awesome! The area is huge. I love that they have a different time limits for the kids. I am able to set a boundary for my kids and tell them exactly how long we plan on spending here. Pricing is more than comparable (albeit better) than the other establishments we attend. I took my two kids (3 and 8) using a groupon for only 14$ for 90 minutes. There were no fees for climbing the rock wall and our 8 year old spent a good 30 minutes climbing and having a blast. My sister and my nephew (18 months) joined us and he never tired of the toddler zone and the trampoline area. He was all smiles the entire time. If you have a child that walks, toddler to young teen they would have fun here. Simple as that. As an adult, I had a blast the entire time. We are HUGE fans of luv2play in surprise and we all decided as a family this is the better establishment. There is a lounge area for parents and far more space than the other places we have gone too. I didn't feel as cramped. With this comes the inability to always see your kid unless you are paid adult and small enough to be in the same area as your child. The lounge is in the back corner which is wonderful, but we didn't feel comfortable using it. One of us stood by the door, which brings me to my one and only issue with this place, lack of security. There is a very crowded front door area and no rhyme or reason as to people coming in and out. This made me uncomfortable as a parent because if I took my eye off of my 3 year old for one minute she could easily be taken out the front door. There are two front doors and my suggestion for the second one is it be used as a secure exit where if you are exiting you have to be with the parent whose waiver you are under or whomever you signed in with. I would feel more comfortable with something like that in place. Still it's my responsibility as a parent to know where my child is, but with such a huge wonderful area to play in I would like to feel less afraid if she got away from my eyes for a quick minute if I knew she couldn't exit the building without me! Great spot. We will be frequent guests. Also, incredibly clean! We can't wait to spend all of summer here! One last tip- stock some uncrustables in the fridge for sale instead of all junk! You would make a great profit on those little delicious snacks because what kid doesn't love good ol pb&j and some hang cleaning wipes so that no one tracks pb&j through this nice clean area.
