  • When going to get a car wash, they promised me services they do not do. Upon my car finishing, they convertible top was not cleaned. THey said we don't do that service. I stated I was told it would be done for me, to which the guy replied we will do it then but only if you take car of my guys...aka TIP WELL. I tipped very well once the car wAs finished, and once I was in my car to drive away, my window was down and I heard the guys talking crap about me and my car. " Stupid girl. I hope it rains and ruins her car wash and her convertible top." Needless to say I will never return to a place that is disrespectful to its customers. Not to mention the wash was not even good. Even if it was the only car wash open in the vAlley, I would never give them my business.
