Staff is very friendly. Property is in pretty-good shape considering its age. Nice setting. That which ruined our stay was the pool being open until midnight. Because most "parents" do not know how to actually parent these days, we had the pleasure of listening to screaming adolescents until 12 midnight three out of the four nights we swayed. Has everyone (including this property manager) forgotten that the original intent of a hotel was to provide a place for its customers to SLEEP for the night? Is there truly a need to have the pool open to screaming, ill-behaved children until midnight? In addition, three adolescents (ages ~ 13 and below) came into the exercise room while I was working-out and began throwing the weights around and "riding" two at a time on the treadmills. I called the front desk to report this inappropriate and dangerous behavior, only to have the front desk clerk ask me, "What do you want me to do about it?" That which I want this hotel staff to do is to act like responsible innkeepers by catering to their paying guests (at $200.00 per night) and not allow the inappropriate antics of the ill-behaved children. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member with over one million Hilton Honors Points. Never again at this property.
