  • As a follow up to my review below I have to commend Greg, the manager, on rectifying the situation the next day after I reached out. A reminder to get a signed quote for all the work you want done in advance and do your homework before agreeing to it. I had to call the Scottsdale Police to get these guys off my property! When I came home they basically put in a whole new garage door system when all I had was one broken spring. The bummer is I was the bad guy because the work had been started without my written permission so I had to pay them $2700 to get them to leave with a police escort. You don't charge $850 for a garage door motor when it's $200-300 on Amazon. Springs for $400 apiece when they are $20-40? These guys know the con game to the max. FYI - all the reviews on their website are bogus and they are very good at search engine optimization so they pop to the top. Kudos to the Scottsdale Police but short of the Precision Door Guys holding me up for armed robbery with a loaded iPad quote there was nothing they could do. Hard to believe they are still in business after reading the Yelp reviews!
