| - This was my first business trip in a while, and one of my colleagues booked the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised.
In spite of a rough check-in experience wherein one of the two people working at the front desk was new and my colleague was short on patience, it was a nice place. My room was tidy and clean for my one-night stay.
The free morning breakfast had a fair amount of options, but they were heavy on the grains (cereal, oats, waffles). I opted for eggs, which were a little cool, and sausage, which was good.
My favorite part was the to-go bag, though. With a muffin, fruit bar, piece of fruit, and water for the road, this definitely perked up our 40-minute drive back to the airport!
Unfortunately, there was no hot tub, but there was a pool. I didn't get to try that out this time around. Would definitely take it for a spin if we ever get back to the area, though!
