This place is great! My family tends to come here for super special occasions, like my grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary last week. They make it easy to book a table for 10 in advance, which resulted in getting a table smack-dab in the middle of everything, making for quick & vigilant service.
It seems like each & every time, my sisters and I start throwing elbows for the pretzel bread they bring out at the beginning. It's just so good! Especially with a bowl of their French onion soup. .....Yes, it appears I have mastered the art of filling up on soup & bread before the real meal arrives, BUT that does notstop me from ordering the King Cut Prime Rib anyway. So good and sooo worth having to be rolled out the restaurant afterward.
I had to knock one star off for the lack of bread refills (I know this isn't Olive Garden, but goddamn, that pretzel bread is too good) and the grumpy waitress we had. She seemed annoyed & impatient with us when we asked questions or took too long to order. I felt genuinely bad having to ask for anything else from her, so I skipped out on a second glass of wine...
