  • I had called to get more information on how much an appointment would cost me. The receptionist who answered was really nice.. During the phone conversation there were brief pauses while she was getting insurance information and you could clearly hear inappropriate conversations in the background in regards to that person' sex life. You could tell that she was trying to block out the sound on the phone. I at first thought it was a client of theirs and told her that she should ask that client to step outside because it's inappropriate. She apologized and said that it wasn't a client and that she would talk to someone. I'm not having my niece come in with me when their staff is talking inappropriately about their boyfriend not being able to "finish". There is a time and a place for things for personal gossip and work is not one of them. I will not be scheduling an appointment anymore. They get 2 stars because it's not the receptionist's fault; she was trying to do her job and was very polite.
