I needed to refill a prescription for contact lenses that expired only 2 months ago. I was told I needed a new exam. I am self pay with no vision insurance and no one could give me a price. Mind you I've been here before. I was told I needed a deposit of $100.00 when checking in and they can't tell me the price when I check out. REALLY????? WHO DOES THIS? OH I FORGOT, MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE WHO JUST MAKE UP PRICES AS THEY GO ALONG.
I THINK NOT!!! Horrible customer service and rude telephone staff. Eye care is definitely not what they think about first. They think about how much money they can get first. They could have refilled my prescription until I could make it in to see them especially given that it had only recently expired. But they chose not to care that I have old contact lenses and could go blind from an infection if I don't get some new ones soon. You're just a number. If I'm paying my money for services I need you to know who I am. NO THANK YOU!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED HERE!!
