  • I brought my car here a little over 2 months ago for a simple known transmission issue known with the Ford Focus. The part was swapped out and all was well until 2 days later the car would not turn over and I was stranded in a parking lot. I had the car towed to the shop and a day later they tell me they found a loose wire preventing the car from starting. Just recently my car begins vibrating viciously and I take it to another Ford dealer after I was so dissatisfied with the quality of service performed at this dealership. A bolt holding the transmission mount down was not tightened causing the mount to break, the engine to tilt which in turn caused the axel rod to break. Thankfully I was at another Ford dealer service center showing them the vibration and the axel rod broke right there and the car became un-drivable. If that happened on the highway a few minutes earlier - my car would have been destroyed! The quality of service here is horrendous and I cannot stress enough not doing business here.
