  • I have never written a review before but I feel this hotel needs one. I Will never come back here. They charge you a $50 incidentals fee at check in. The lady failed to mention that is actually room credit and if you spend more than the $50 on room charges they will take more money out of your account and hold it. I spent $40 dollars over their "credit limit" which they failed to even say that's what it was. They took out an extra $150. From my bank account. When I called the desk to ask what that extra charge was he basically kept repeating that it's my fault for going over the credit limit. He was very rude. I just tried to explain that I wish they would have explained to me that the "incidentals" is actually a credit and if you go over that we take out a lot more to put on hold to make sure the resort is covered. They could not understand that I was just frustrated that no one told us that. You can't not tell people that, then take out $150 and tell them "well you went over the credit limit." Which I knew nothing about? Will never ever go back here. Horrible customer service.
