My number one issue with this location is WAY TOO FEW employees. Seriously understaffed. They need someone who does nothing but answer phones. They need "drivers" who go to "pick up" customers needing rides so the front desk is ALWAYS adequately staffed. Honestly, it's a mess every time I get there. I am "gold" member - my average wait, from the time I arrive to the time I drive off in my rental car, is 30-40 minutes. There are always customers waiting when I arrive. The employees are running around, sweating, trying to do what is humanely not possible. I gave a 3 star rating because I actually get my rental car. Eventually. But I MUST give up on my so called "gold" membership and look at who has the best rates, rarely Enterprise/National. If you don't need their famous "we'll pick you up" ride, I recommend you do the same and compare rates. Perhaps other companies are better at staffing?
