  • I really want to keep giving this place another chance but unfortunately need to recommend you go elsewhere. I've been a patient for a few years now and have been in a handful of times. The Dr is a nice guy and knowledgeable, but disorganized. The whole office and its nurses are a mess. I feel this place takes in too many patients and they are unable to manage them all. Appointments must be made months in advance, the waiting room is always overflowing with people, and there are mistakes made constantly by the staff. Last time I went in it was a disaster. First there was some sort of billing confusion about my previous visit and the front desk lady asked me to pay few hundred dollars in advance as copay. When I explained I don't have a copay and asked for more details, she told me she actually wasn't sure if I owed this much but I'll need to pay "just in case". I asked her for previous records to check what I paid earlier but she wouldn't or couldn't pull it up, and told me to look at my own records, and if I did pay previously I could call in and ask for a refund. Seriously??? Completely unprofessional. Bill me later if you really need to. After this waiting room embarrassment, I was called back but had to wait 30 min before the Dr finally walked in. When he came in, he was spaced out and grumbling about the nurses doing something wrong. It was obvious he was out of it/stressed/thinking about previous patients. When discussing issues, I had to keep reminding him of previous visits, diagnoses, medications, etc. I feel the Dr and his nurses don't keep up with their patients or review history. Then I had to have the Dr fill out two forms and have them faxed, no surprise, this was too complicated of a request, they screwed it up and faxed *sensitive data* to the wrong number. Now I have to scramble and follow up and will likely just have to fax it myself. Last time my girlfriend needed a prescription refill, they grilled her like she was a drug addict. Avoid this place, we won't be coming back.
