  • We called to see if we needed reservations for a group of 8 and the person on the phone said we needed to get in touch with an event coordinator. They were not helpful over the phone at all. On a Thursday, we did expect to have to wait or even not get in line at all. We went to get register for two bays, the person asked if we had a reservation. We said no, we called and they said we cannot get a reservations for a group less than 12. They said that's a unique situation. Not having a reservation for a group of 8. They even called their manager out to clarify that we didn't have reservations for a group of 8. They politely told us the wait was too long and we wouldn't be able to get on the waiting list or play tonight. They gave us $10 off for next time we come it. Poor customer service, not professional and just straight up rude.
