| - I use Yelp all the time, but I never bother to write reviews. However, my experience yesterday was so good that I thought I really had to share.
I've been looking for a Black NX200t with Rioja Red interior for a couple months now. Whenever they come in to any of the local dealers, they sell before I can get a chance to make it to the showroom. Two weeks ago, I noticed Bell Lexus received the model I wanted and I immediately contacted their customer care rep, Shelly Ellis. Unfortunately, once again, the car sold before I had a chance to come in. This past Thursday, Shelly contacted me to let me know they got in another one. Shelly, you are awesome for remembering me!
I met with Don Fiala this weekend and we went for a test drive. Don was very knowledgeable and easy going. This was the absolute easiest car buying experience I've ever been through. There was no hassle, no pressure, no BS, and I actually enjoyed the experience. Plus, I got the car for LESS than expected.
I also have to mention once you buy a new car, you meet with a technology specialist who teaches you about all the features of the new car. We met with Martin Bustamante. Martin helped us learn about all the features of the new car with complete patience and kindness. He was such a funny and nice guy and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you guys!
