  • I would like to end my lease if I could. Upon move in I had problems with roaches which they turned it around upon me. I had to show them the droppings behind my refrigerator and under my stove. Which showed to be long period. My neighbors around feed pigeons and which I report to the office that's maybe why we can't get rid of them. They told me to take pictures for validatation. Office only offered a service of spraying my apartment once a month. They told me it would be best to keep kids and pets away from it because it's poisonous. Plus not to mop for a couple of days so it's effective. I have submitted a maintenance request for my dryer and it's going on 9 months they tell me it just needs a vent cleaning. Which they did but my dryer still has no heat. They said they'll replace it, but they haven't been back. I had to put in another order but no response.
