  • Horrible experience. They sell a Groupon that says "Not Valid on Saturday", which is fine, but when you show up other days, they'll tell you it's not good on that day either. Also, I was told "there is no manager here, and we have no way to call a manager. You can email them." But best of all - "Vanessa" then gave me an invalid email address (gregjfastlap@hotmail.com)! And of course when I tried to call back after the email was rejected - nobody answered! I even called three times before we went in to make sure they were open, and nobody answered (This was 3 calls over a week). The girl at the front desk responded "well - we were probably busy". What a horribly run business. I'm shocked they aren't out of business yet.
