Horrible customer service, my internet has been down all day, I called 4 times and each time the call would transfer to the technical support department they would hang up! When I finally got through to a representative, she had no idea what she was doing, made me repeat myself several times and kept me on the phone for 45 minutes and my internet is still down! I will shop for a new provider right away, horrible way to treat a long time customer. Shame on you Century Link for not knowing the meaning of customer service!
