We were visiting Vegas and found this place on Yelp as a place to go for a friends birthday dinner. The food overall was very good.
We did the teppanyaki and we had a reservation for 6 people at 6pm. Setting the reservation itself was very easy I called around 10 am and they answered right away. However, when I called back a couple times there was no answer and around 4:30 I got a text (they ask for your phone number when you make the reservation) asking if we could come at 5:30. I told them that was not possible as we had made the reservation for 6 and weren't back at our hotel yet and they said they would just try and make it work...
We arrived a little before 6 to make sure we were on time since we were going to be there at 5:30, but unfortunately since we we're sat with other people who didn't show up until 6:15 we had to wait for them. I know that is not the restaurants fault but some information and even drinks before the other people arrived would have been great. We were sat at the table for 15 minutes without having someone come by. The girls that were late finally got there and we were able to order.
The chef came over around 6:45/7 since he was working on the table next to us when we first got there. Like I said the food was very good and the scallops and shrimp that I got were very well flavored. The only issue I had was with the chefs jokes. I get that out table was all older but the raunchy jokes and even the things that he did with the food to make it sexual was a little too much. Our whole group was feeling like it was being taken too far.
Overall, I may go back if I am in Vegas since it is always fun for a big group and the food was good, but I would make sure we had a bigger group so we wouldn't have to wait on people who were late and I would maybe ask for a different chef.
