  • I called to make an appointment and they basically told me to come in at any time that day. I'm not sure if they don't take appointments but you don't need one. I head that way after calling, and there are three other people in the waiting area, two hairdressers. I tell the one hairdresser I called earlier and she told me to sit down. After sitting down I soon realized I was waiting behind three people with only two hairdressers!!! What??? I called for a reason! I don't want to be waiting for an hour. After about five minutes of waiting and watching what was going on, I walked out. Additionally: * The place was dead silent. Neither of the hairdressers were talking to their customers. * The two hairdressers had terrible hair. Now I'd not super picky about hair, but if it is your profession yours should at least look professional. * In listening to the one hairdresser answer the phone, it sounded like Cici (who people like in previous reviews) no longer works there. My advice, go to a better salon and pay a little more! Or if you don't want to pay more, go to one of the schools around here and have a student cut your hair... They may be new, but at least they try!
