  • Like others have mentioned the customer service is horrendous. I love it that since a home has no other options on gas service they know they need to offer nothing to keep you satisfied as a customer. I am furious with how they spoke to me, and did not care when their records are inconsistent. Completely rude and a horrible corporation.
