Incredible. I was expecting good, old school Italian. But it was so much better. Mozzarella made to order. Sunday gravy, best chicken parmigiana ever, and carbonara served with fresh egg yolk cooked into the warm pasta at the table. One word of advice: as good as the bread and two types of olive oil (plus pecorino Romano) are, skip them. You will want every bit of your appetite reserved for the main courses. Definitely a new favorite in Vegas (and we live here).
