  • Walked in on a Saturday at approximately 530pm requesting a shampoo,blow dry style. No haircut, I was greeting by this lady with annoying voice stating I had long hair (barely below my shoulders) quoting me a price took my name. I barely sat down said that they closed at 7 pm and her stylist was now going home and had no one to accommodate me. What would she have said if I wanted a cut? Won't be going here again. Unprofessional .
