Ate here for brunch on a Saturday morning and arrived right as the restaurant opened. Despite the fact that we were one of the first seated and ordering almost immediately, it took almost an hour for the food to arrive. I would not have held the wait against the restaurant if the food had been fantastic, but it was less than mediocre. The Texas Two Step was completely bland and the sausage patty was as hard and as tasty as a roof shingle. The biscuit was more like a giant baguette, and the gravy was watery. I was so annoyed by my breakfast that I tried to eat some of my husband's - he ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken Biscuit - another let down. Again, eating this restaurant's biscuits is like eating a giant, flavorless baguette. The house potatoes are not good. I am beyond baffled by the rave reviews of this restaurant. I can honestly say this is one of the worst breakfasts I've ever paid for.
