  • Very disappointed in this place. I've been shopping here for years and was treated horribly. I purchased a curling iron that was supposed to last a few years. Mine broke in 4 months. I didn't have my receipt but asked if I used my points when purchasing it, if they would let me return/exchange it. They said yes and I was thrilled. Came back and was told I only had 60 days to return it and that I was stuck. She could've easily helped me but refused and now I'm stuck with a broken product and in need of a new beauty retailer. Looks like Ulta lost my lifetime loyally and any recommendation.
