This place is ridiculous! We travel a lot and rent cars all the time. We've never been so irritated picking up a car. We just left without renting from them at all.
We reserved a car for a week. We got there and "BECAUSE WE'RE LOCALS" a utility bill was needed and mileage was NOT unlimited.
The agent said the utility bill (which we didn't realize we needed) was because "locals" apparently trash their cars. We provided a credit card for a DEPOSIT to be held and purchasing their auto insurance on top of that which should have covered the vehicle completely. But no, we had to hassle with logging in to the utility companies from our phone. We don't store log in info on our phones so this added to our frustration as it delayed us. Then to find out mileage was going to add another $100 to our bill. Their "low" rate went out the window at that moment. After fussing with the utility bill issue and then the extra fee we were now running late and NOT about to get ripped off. We left!! They lost our business, we will never trade good service for a low rate again.
Treating your locals like trash because a couple locals trash your cars is no way to attract good customers. We want to be valued from the moment we book that reservation. You failed.
