  • Came in on a whim with my husband and ordered some donuts. With the help of Hortencia, she offered us a couple samples of their CINNAMON SUGAR CRONUT DONUT HOLES. They were to die for, but she was the coolest. BUT that's not all! I started doing my usual (taking pictures for my instagram) and bam she shows up WITH A PROP for me. I couldn't believe it, bless her heart. That's customer service beyond I've ever experienced and I work in a restaurant! She went above and beyond and it made my day. She even offered to replace the donuts I messed up. I hope you're there the next time we go to PinkBox because I'm only going here because of you. She gets me thank you SO MUCH, see you soon! Oh and ps- the donuts were bomb too!
