  • This place used to remind me of Montreal cafes - grubby, friendly and warm. New management have redecorated and made this cafe too similar to many other locals. All trying too hard, where one can't sit comfortably for the uptight chairs, nor drink interesting beer, or feel inspired to work or socialize because the place inexplicably sucks your soul out of your ear and tramples it.
