  • Had an overall pleasant flight with AA. The flights were all on time, we felt that the staff was very friendly, and our pilots were great. Overall we were in good hands. Our first fight to Dallas was on one of their newer planes. It had lots of leg room and individual TV's at every seat with one complimentary show. It was disappointing they did not offer more options for free like some of the other airlines we fly. The second flight was on a really old plane but was still quite pleasant. The biggest frustration was not necessarily with AA but with the baggage claim. For some unknown reason they only unloaded half of the luggage and then you had to wait an additional 30 min to get the remaining.
