  • Honestly... I'm really upset. I came here after a drunk driver hit my car. It was going through his insurance and this was the auto shop that they go through. So I brought it in for the estimate, they were really nice and the whole process was smooth. Once I took my car in they had it repaired and returned to me within three days. But when I got there, no one came out and walked me through what they did, like all the other shops have. They just handed me the keys and said "have a nice day". I walked around my car and checked it. Once I got in my car, whoever was working on it had my a/c blasted all the way up. I get that it's hot but they're not the ones paying for the gas in it. But I didn't bother with it and pulled out onto the road and turned on my signal to switch lanes and realized that they busted my light for my signal. I turned around right away and brought it back. They fixed it and all was well. By then sun was already pretty much down so when I saw my car again it looked fine. But when I got in my car in the morning to go to work I noticed a whole bunch of tiny chips in my windshield. All over. Keep in mind I'm super picky about any nicks or anything on my car, I notice anything wrong with it. So knowing that when I took it in those were not their and now they're all over made me extremely angry. When I got to work I looked at the front again and there were a ton of little chips in the paint on my hood as well. How the heck did they fix it but yet cause more damage? I'm extremely upset with the condition my car was returned to me in. I only came here because it was the one that the insurance goes through (I'm aware I can choose which one I want to go to, but I was hoping that since it was going through the insurance it would be somewhat more reliable than this).
