| - This has got to be my favorite place on the strip to go and have dinner at. Today was my 4th time visiting this restaurant, and they never disappoint. Every time I've gone, the service has been excellent. We are usually greeted quickly & with smiles. The staff is great & their food/drink recommendations are always on point. The food amazing! The flavors are so well combined, and so flavorful.
Tonight my friend and I had the Working Husband & the El Niño drinks. Both were highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. The Working Husband was a perfect balance of sweet & spicy, which was just right for me. The El Niño was delicious. If you like Moscow mules then you would enjoy this drink. I was a little skeptical about the ginger beer they use for the mix, but when I actually gave it a taste, it was amazing.
As far as the inside space, they have plenty of seating. The indoor seating is beautiful. Big open space, with lots of lighting, and looks quite fancy. The outdoor seating also has enough seating. You have the front view of the bellagio fountains. It could get a bit loud when you're seating outdoors, because of all the pedestrian activity and traffic on the strip. I don't mi d it at all though. It's actually quite entertaining, watching all the people passing by.
As far as food, my friend had the Halibut which was sooooooo delicious. It comes served on top of this amazing risotto. Such a beautiful fusion of flavors. In this risotto you can taste hints of curry, and coconut, and different spices. So well paired, balanced & made to perfection. I had the butter lettuce and I loved it. The Cocoa Nibs took that salad to a whole other level. It was delicious. We also had the spinach dip which was also amazing. The spinach dip comes with these toasted flattened bagel chips for the dip which were so good. And the dip itself full of flavor. We also had the spicy roasted cauliflower, which was super tasty. It was cooked just right, and extra crunch from the toasted almonds kicked it up a knoch. I also had a mushroom risotto which was also very delicious. I'm obsessed with garlic, so the fact that I could actually taste the garlic in this dish, made my night. Now for dessert we had the passion fruit mouse cake which was to die for. This is a must have item on the dessert menu. It's so light and airy yet full of flavor.
Overall, all I can say is that this place is truly amazing. The chef really knows his stuff. And the staff is excellent. I will continue coming here and referring all my friends to this place!
